Tarelgin Fish
The Tarelgin farm shop and Smokehouse is located on a 280 acre farm of lush green pasture set amongst the rolling hills of Ayrshire. Most of their animals are born on the farm or brought in to be fed and reared by the Webb family who have 4 generations of farming experience.
The farm butchery was established by Michael Bramhall & Brian Smith 12 years ago, both being 3rd generation butchers with 80 years of experience between them.Tarelgin are stall holders at only our Overton Farmers Market, where you will find them smoking fish freshly at the market – it’s quite a spectacle and totally unique.
