This Saturday we are back in Hamilton for our August market. Celebrating their 12th Anniversary of attending Hamilton market are Carmichael Estate Venison who during that time have picked up award after award for their quality meat and innovative products. To celebrate they will be bringing along their Venison marinated in Honey and Orange and hot smoked over oak which has won two prestigious awards this year alone, they will of course have their usual selection of venison and lamb, all bred, born, reared,slaughtered, butchered and packed on the estate. Come along and pick up some of their products, the healthy venison rashers are worth a try.

Joining Carmichael Estate are Overton Farm and Butchery, St Bride’s Poultry, Fencebay Fisheries, Alexander Taylor Bakery, Island Cheese, Ochill Fudge Pantry, Vanilla Treats home baking, Caurnie Soap and Lochbyre Rare Breed Meat with tasty sausages and great pork joints for your Sunday roast.
